But the Flipkart delivery service at least in Goa is poor ,my address clearly states 1st floor ,they came with 4 men ,to lift a 105kg fridge and said that they couldn't lift it and needed 7men ,they said we going to leave it on the ground in your garage ,told us that their job is only to get it on the ground floor ,we had to motivate them using cash and that's when they were ready to take it up ,they even tore the box while doing this ....
