Bought 2..excellent and economical cordless vacuum cleaner. Remember to clean the inner hepa filter nicey after use to get good suction power. It really gets the work done. Picks up dust and other crumbs with ease.

A:No.
No, can't be used when corded or while charging.
And it isn't a proprietary lifelong design, but shared by kent, agaro, etc sourced from same manufacturer. So buy the cheapest one after comparing
