Size mentioned is not correct buy one size large
Awesome belt from usi quality is very Gud its gives very Gud support on my back very Gud for squatting & dead lifting Bt only size issues have the company mentions sizes are wrong so if ur size is medium to must go to Large ( buy one size larger than ur regular) other wise u wil definitely face size issues prblm becz i purchse small Bt I cant use it & again I ordr medium its works perfect so go for it without worrying
