Sleeper Laptop!
1. Very good screen(2K resolution and silky smooth 165Hz refresh rate)
2.Very good battery life
3.Speakers are really loud(Just use dolby access and goto setting and then goto custom 1 setting, increase all the bars and enable volume leveler) I am currently using it at 25%.
4.Good keyboard and touchpad.(Except it doesn't have numpad)
5.Fast boot speed and opening of softwares too.
6.White color looks great(Remember it has 5 coats of paint so it costs little expensive than the grey one)...

Track pad and keyboard feel amazing
Thin and light but still packing power.
TGP of rtx 3060 is lower but this is necessary to stop a thin machine from overheating.
Although there's no inbuilt webcam, there is an external webcam included in the box.
8 GB RAM is soldered to the motherboard though, so upgrading the other stick will make RAM asynchronous. BUT, 16 gigs are sufficient for most tasks.

Solution: Take the advantage of 180° hinge. Open to full 180° and play games being connected to external display (if you have). This will result in proper ventilation into system keeping max temprature to 88° even playing latest AAA titles for hours plus will get better fps as well but have to compromise with great display of the laptop itself.
